Design,
realised.

We work alongside architects and interior designers to realise distinctive homes and commercial interiors. Your design sets the direction; we bring the construction knowledge and careful coordination to carry it through.

The design
comes first.

Proportion, material and finish give a space its character. Our role is to understand those choices and carry them faithfully into the building work.

KBM Design and Build undertakes the construction, coordinating specialist trades and suppliers around the approved scheme. We agree responsibilities early, resolve the connections between each element with your team and discuss proposed changes before work proceeds.

Understand
the brief.

We begin with the ambition for the space, the information available and the input you need. Drawings, access, material lead times and the proposed programme establish a practical basis for the work.

Resolve
the detail.

The meeting of stone and timber. The alignment of joinery. The finish around a fitting. We work through these details with the design team, using samples and specialist input to agree how they will be made.

Carry
it through.

Clear communication keeps site activity, procurement and decisions connected. We explain the implications of changes for cost and timing, and coordinate inspections, finishing items and handover around the agreed scope.
