KBM Design and Build was created alongside KBM Construction and Property Services to focus exclusively on high-end residential and commercial spaces in Central London. KBM Construction and Property Services continues to concentrate on contract and project work.
The general building work for these commissions is carried out by KBM Design and Build. We bring construction, interior fit-out and project management together, working with the designers, specialist trades and suppliers appropriate to each brief.
Our approach is personal to the property and its owners. Whether we are refining an individual room or undertaking a substantial refurbishment, we connect the design intent with the practical work required to realise it.
Design coordination, construction, procurement and project management form one connected process. A dedicated project manager leads the work, keeping the programme, specialist teams and client decisions aligned.
A personal consultation and site review establish the brief, the priorities and the property’s possibilities. We consider budget, programme and the design or technical input required, giving the project a clear basis before detailed decisions are made.

KBM Design and Build carries out the general building work. A dedicated project manager coordinates the specialist trades, suppliers and sequence on site, with a focus on workmanship, cost control and clear communication.
Cabinetry, surfaces, lighting and decoration bring the design into focus. We review the finishing details and agreed work with you, addressing outstanding items and bringing the completed spaces together for handover.
Materials are selected with trusted European and UK manufacturers and specialist suppliers. The specification brings appearance, suitability and installation together, with careful attention to how each finish meets the next.
